Composio puts Jev in front of every agent action
Composio now runs every action an agent takes through Jev and its own tuned small models before it executes, and published no latency or cost figures for the check. Sanity is using Jev as a router in its internal agent harness.

Composio Firewall screens every agent action with Jev at runtime
Karan Vaidya introduced Composio Firewall, which evaluates each action an agent takes using Jev plus small language models Composio tuned on its own usage data. It checks both directions, the actions going out and the information coming back through Composio, and is pitched as the layer that catches prompt injection. It is live for all Composio developers.
every action an agent takes is evaluated using Jev and custom SLMs tuned by Composio based on real-world usage data
Sanity uses Jev as the router in its internal agent harness
knut says Sanity built an internal harness that lets anyone at the company spin up a bespoke agent, with Jev doing the routing. He says it has worked pretty well so far and that he, @rostimelk and @even wrote up how it is built so others can copy it.

Sydney Runkle's rule: simple by default, frontier by exception
Sydney Runkle summed up her own talk on building agents with decision models in one line: start simple and cheap, and reach for an advanced model only when a task actually needs it. @erinfoox, who was in the room, described the talk the same way.
simple by default, frontier by exception!!
