Moritz Kremb shares a Grok bot that syncs X bookmarks
A copyable template with no benchmark attached, and no stated model under it.
Moritz Kremb published a Grok bot template that turns a pile of X bookmarks into something searchable. By his description the bot syncs his bookmarks daily, lets him search and filter through them, and lets him favorite items or add tags over chat. He says a Grok bot can then use the collection as a knowledge base.
finally a good way to organize your x bookmarks and turn it into a knowledge base
your grok bot can use it as a knowledge base
That is the whole build as posted. There is no eval, no latency figure, no cost per sync, and no count of how many bookmarks he is running it against. Kremb does not say what model sits underneath the search and tagging steps, which matters here because this is a publication about what Jev does and does not do, and nothing in the post says Jev is involved at all.
What is actually new
The artifact, not the result. Kremb linked the template so other people can set the same thing up rather than describing an internal tool and leaving readers to rebuild it. The sequence he lists is ordinary and that is the point, a daily sync job, a retrieval layer over the synced items, a chat surface for the two write operations he cares about, favoriting and tagging.
The second-order claim is the interesting one. Bookmarks on X are a write-only pile for most people, and Kremb's framing is that once they are synced and tagged, a bot can read them back as a knowledge base. He does not show that working, or say what retrieval quality looks like, so it stays a claim from the person who built it.
For people building on it
Treat this as a setup to copy, not a measurement to cite. If you are evaluating whether a small model can carry the tagging and filtering calls in a loop like this, you will have to run that comparison yourself, because the post does not name a model or report a single number. Kremb has shipped open tooling before, including Eyes, a video preprocessor for agents, so the template is worth a look on the strength of the format alone.
